This policy covers www.rezza.io, operated by Rezza, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation registered in Delaware, United States. It describes what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

This website collects information in one place only: the creator and brand application forms. There are no user accounts, and you can read every page of this site without submitting anything.

Creator applications

Full name, TikTok username, country, email address, follower count, content category, and — where you choose to provide them — monthly GMV and a description of your experience.

Brand applications

Company name, website, product category, budget range, campaign goal, and contact email address.

What we do not collect

  • No analytics or advertising trackers. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts.
  • No cookies. The site sets none, and nothing is stored in your browser.
  • No payment or financial account details. Applications never ask for them.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and protecting the site.

2. How we use it

We use application data to:

  • Assess whether we are a fit to work together.
  • Reply to your application.
  • Contact you about the specific partnership or creator opportunity you applied for.

We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through these forms, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

3. Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and the site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and processes this data on our behalf.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share application data only:

  • With our infrastructure provider, as described above, to operate the site.
  • Where we are legally required to, such as in response to a valid legal request.

If a creator application progresses to a specific brand campaign, we will tell you which brand before sharing anything about you with them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as needed to evaluate and act on them, and for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

6. Your choices

Write to partnership@rezza.io to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them.

7. Children

This site is for businesses and adult creators. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
