Submitting a creator or brand application does not create a contract, a partnership, or any obligation on either side. We review every application, but we are under no obligation to accept one. Any working relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement setting out its terms.

Information you submit must be accurate and yours to provide. Do not submit another person's details, and do not misrepresent your audience, performance, or authority to act for a company. We may decline or end a relationship where information turns out to be false.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or its data.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by automated submission or excessive request volume.

5. Our content

The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Rezza, Inc. or are used with permission. The Rezza name and logo are ours. Nothing here grants you a licence to use them.

6. Third-party names and links

TikTok, TikTok Shop, and Shopee are trademarks of their respective owners. We refer to them to describe the platforms we work on. Reference to a platform does not imply that it endorses us or that we speak for it. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Performance figures

Figures on this site describe our historical and current operations across the platforms named alongside them. They describe our business, not a projection or a promise of the results any individual creator or brand will achieve.

8. No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment.

9. Limitation of liability
